Everyone can upload photos, videos and music right away — from phone, tablet or laptop, without an account and without installing anything.
All photo formats work directly: HEIC from an iPhone, JPEG, PNG, and even PDFs are converted automatically. Family members never have to convert anything themselves — one of the biggest obstacles simply disappears.
A collection folder is deliberately not yet a presentation. Everything arrives calmly in one place, and when the family is ready, you turn it into a farewell presentation in a single step. Collecting itself costs nothing — you only pay when a presentation is exported.

Families deliver photos in every imaginable format. With the free Photo conversion tool you drag them onto your screen in one go: HEIC (iPhone), PDF, TIFF, BMP, WebP, AVIF, RAW — everything is converted to JPEG that works everywhere.
After converting, you choose what to do: download everything as a ZIP file, create a new presentation right away, or attach the photos to an existing presentation. No more fiddling with separate conversion programs.
Converted photos are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically. Families' memories never linger on a server unnecessarily — download them or attach them to a presentation to keep them.
From collection folder to farewell presentation
The two free tools for funeral directors do not stand alone: everything that arrives in a collection folder is immediately usable for a farewell presentation. Photos are automatically distributed across the duration of the music — pick a song and the timing is right. The family can search music via Spotify or YouTube while creating; on export, their own MP3 is included.
Exporting comes in three formats: a PowerPoint (.pptx) for most funeral homes, numbered JPEGs (001.jpg, 002.jpg, …) for venues with their own playback system, or the Farewell Player — our own playback software that works without internet. Creating, viewing and adjusting is free; payment only happens at export, by invoice or direct payment. The family always works for free.
