How does the planning work?
You start with an empty timeline. Click "Add segment" and choose the type: photo presentation, music piece, speaker, or a custom segment.
Each segment gets a start time and duration. The planning automatically calculates the end time. Drag segments to adjust the order.
For photo presentations you link photos and music. The app synchronizes automatically: if the song is 4 minutes, the photos are distributed evenly.
Types of segments
Photo presentation
Upload photos, choose music, and the app creates a flowing presentation. Perfect for the arrival, between speakers, or as the main segment.
Music piece
A standalone music piece without photos. For example instrumental music during a moment of silence.
Speaker
Mark when someone takes the floor. Set an estimated time. Optionally upload a speech or document.
Custom segment
For everything that does not fit in the other categories: a ritual, a poem, a moment of silence.
